Stop scrolling through endless lists. Filters turn any Plannit grid into exactly the view you need — the right jobs, the right customers, the right invoices — so you can plan routes, analyze your sales and build reports in seconds.
What filtering lets you do:
Pull up precisely the records you need, instantly
Build routes and plan your operations around real data
Analyze your sales and spot trends without exporting anything
Save every view you use often and reuse it in one click

Where to find the filter options
You will find the filter options to the right of the search bar in every grid — jobs, visits, quotes, invoices, contacts, routes and the planner (agenda view):
Click it and a window opens with all the options you can choose from.
Adjusting the column display in each grid
Customize each grid so you see exactly the information that matters to your operations. Before filtering, set up your display:
Click View on the right to open the window.
Check the boxes to select the columns you want to see.
Use the arrows to sort a column in ascending or descending order.
Click the lined square to the right of a column for more customization options.
Adjust the number of items shown per page.
TIP: you can move columns by clicking a column header and dragging the mouse left or right. |
Using the filters window
The fields differ from one grid to another, but filtering works the same way everywhere. Here are a few examples of fields you can select to sort your information.
Job list filters
Visits list filters
Once your selection is made, click Apply to load the filtered information into the grid.
Filtering with labels/tags
Labels make filtering even more powerful. For advanced searches that combine several tags at once, see How to filter multiple tags in the same search.
Ready to get the exact view you need?
Open any grid, click the filter icon, and build your first saved view — then combine it with labels to turn your data into decisions.
