Bulk actions in the grids

How to send or create multiple invoices, plan visits, add/remove labels all at once with just a few clicks on all grids.

In today's fast-paced business environment, efficiency and productivity are crucial for success. Plannit, offers the ability to perform multiple actions simultaneously, including generating invoices, planning visits, untagging labels to multiple contacts, and adding/removing associations to resources. This multi-action capability provides significant value to businesses. It enhances efficiency, accuracy, client management, resource allocation, scalability, and cost savings.

👉 All bulk action buttons are accessible once you select one or multiple documents on the grid on the orange band.

Here are some of the bulk actions you are able to do in all grids:

Jobs grid

  1. Filter a list of Jobs
    ​

  2. Click at the top to select all jobs on the list ( make sure to modify the amount of items per page at the bottom if the number of jobs on the list is above 50 )
    ​

  3. On the orange band select the action you would like to do:
    ​

    • Create visits
      ​

    • Associate these jobs to a route
      ​

    • Add/remove labels on jobs and contacts
      ​

    • Change status
      ​

    • Add/remove resources associated to these jobs
      ​

    • Delete by bulk

Quotes grid

  1. Filter a list of Quotes
    ​

  2. Click at the top to select all quotes on the list ( make sure to modify the amount of items per page at the bottom if the number of quotes on the list is above 50 )
    ​

  3. On the orange band select the action you would like to do:
    ​

    • Send or Print more than one quote at a time
      ​

    • Renew your quotes by bulk
      ​Consult: Do Mass contract or quote renewals
      ​

    • Update the items on your quotes
      ​

    • Create visits
      ​

    • Associate these quotes to a route
      ​

    • Add/remove labels on quotes and contacts
      ​

    • Add/remove resources associated to these quotes
      ​

    • Modify Terms & conditions and Notes on all selected quotes
      ​

    • Delete by bulk

Invoices grid

  1. Filter a list of Invoices
    ​

  2. Click at the top to select all invoices on the list ( make sure to modify the amount of items per page at the bottom if the number of invoices on the list is above 50 )
    ​

  3. On the orange band select the action you would like to do:
    ​

    • Send or Print more than one invoice at a time
      ​

    • Create visits
      ​

    • Associate these invoices to a route
      ​

    • Add/remove labels on invoices and contacts
      ​

    • Add/remove resources associated to these invoices
      ​

  1. Filter a list of Contacts

    • Create quotes
      ​

    • Create visits
      ​

    • Add/remove labels on quotes and contacts
      ​

    • Delete by bulk

  1. Filter a list of Visits
    ​

  2. Click at the top to select all visits on the list ( make sure to modify the amount of items per page at the bottom if the number of visits on the list is above 50 )

  3. On the orange band select the action you would like to do:
    ​

    • Print multiple work orders
      ​

    • Add/remove labels on visits and contacts
      ​

    • Change status
      ​

    • Add/remove resource associated to this visit
      ​

    • Delete by bulk
