Find any piece of information in seconds, target the right customers at the right moment, and run your operations from clear reports — with no complex setup and no extra cost.
Labels are your smart filing system. In a few clicks, you classify your contacts, quotes, invoices and work orders by your own criteria, then filter the information to act fast: follow up with a list of customers, chase a collection, launch a seasonal campaign or prepare a year-end report.
What labels let you do:
Instantly find the right information instead of digging for it
Sell more to your existing customers with targeted lists
Make better decisions from organized, filterable data
Save time on your recurring tasks and reports
Creating your labels
Labels are managed from Settings, in the Labels section. From there you can add one in a single click with + Label, or remove one with the trash icon.
Pro tip: when you create a lot of labels, assign them colors. You spot your categories visually at a glance and work even faster.
What are labels for? (concrete examples)
You can attach labels to your Contacts, Quotes, Invoices and Work orders. Here is how our customers get real value from them every day.
Contact labels
Take care of your best customers — flag your VIPs or your Basic plans to give them the level of service they expect.
Segment your customer base — Residential, Commercial, Subcontracting… and tailor your approach to each segment.
Optimize your routes and seasons — Zone A, Sector 4, Snow removal, Lawn care, Fall, Spring… to plan the right service in the right place.
Never let a lead go cold — track where your prospects came from (Google Ads, Promotion XYZ) and measure what truly pays off.
Stay ahead of callbacks and warranties — Maytag E345, 1-year warranty… and reach the customer before they even call.
Quote labels
Never miss a renewal — Renewal 2022, New customer… to follow up at the right time.
Sell more to your existing customers — label your snow-removal customers, then filter them in one click to offer them your fertilization service in the spring. Effortless cross-selling.
Track your warranties — 1-year warranty, 2-year service contract…
Calculate third-party commissions — Supplier A, Subcontractor XXX…
Work order labels
Keep your projects under control — Waiting on permit, Waiting on plans, Sent to assembly… you always know where each file stands.
Track progress at a glance — Pending, Ready to go…
Document equipment — Maytag, Black and Decker…
Invoice labels
Track your promotional offers — 2021 contest winner, Coupon… and measure the impact of your campaigns.
Master your collections — Sent to collection agency… so no amount owed slips through.
Calculate third-party commissions — Supplier A, Subcontractor XXX…

Save time: label several items at once
No need to label your quotes or invoices one by one. From the Quotes or Invoices tabs, apply a label to a whole list in bulk.
Concrete example — you want to assign the Winter 2021 label to every Accepted quote that contains a Snow removal item:
Click Filters to open the window.
Select the status (e.g. Accepted).
Choose the period (e.g. from October 1 to December 15).
Add a filter on the Snow removal item.
Apply the filters to get your list.
Click Add and select the label to apply to the whole list.
In seconds, dozens of quotes are classified — ready for your next campaign.
Add a label to a work order
Nothing could be simpler: in the work order, go to section 2. Add-ons and select the label you want.
