New Pillar-Based Navigation Menu

❗ Important Reminder

The new pillar-based menu will become the default menu in June 2026 and will replace the current menu.

Enable it now to help ease the transition for your users.

* Activating the new menu applies to the entire company.

The new pillar-based navigation menu is now available to simplify access to the different sections of the platform.

Features are now organized into three main categories:

  • CRM & Lead Management

  • Daily Operations

  • Back Office Management

To enable the new menu, click the Try the new menu button located in the bottom-left corner of the platform.

WHAT'S NEW


▪️ Quote and Invoice

🚧 BETA - Quantity Calculator

It is now possible to automatically calculate quantities directly within quotes and invoices using dimensions, surface areas, volumes, or satellite map measurements.

Ideal for roofing, siding, flooring, excavation, landscaping, painting projects, and more.

This new feature allows you to:

  • calculate quantities based on lengths, surface areas, and volumes

  • use a satellite map to measure real areas

  • apply waste percentages (%) or additional surface areas

  • automatically convert surface areas into item quantities based on the surface coverage per item

New Calculator Settings

New settings are now available in Products and Services to define calculation rules for an item based on a calculation method, surface unit, and waste quantity.

These settings help automate quantity calculations when creating quotes and invoices.


▪️ Document

Send Multiple Documents

It is now possible to send all documents associated with a project (job) within a single communication. This improvement increases efficiency and better addresses our clients’ needs.

You can now attach multiple document types at the same time:

  • project files;

  • work orders;

  • quotes and contracts;

  • invoices.

All selected documents will be sent within a single communication by email or SMS and will also be available in the client messaging portal.

▪️ Product and Service

Add Items to the Products and Services Catalog

It is now possible to add an item directly to the Products and Services catalog from a quote or invoice.

This improvement allows users to quickly save a new item at the time of creation without leaving the current document.

▪️ Notification

Visit and Calendar Event Reminders

❗ Notifications will be available in version 2.0.2 of the iOS mobile app and version 2.9 of the Android app.

Native notifications are now available on iOS, Android, and Web for all calendar events.

Users can now receive reminders for their visits and events directly on their devices.

To receive these notifications, the Reminders option and mobile notification settings must be enabled.

We've been actively addressing and resolving various bugs! Our team will promptly notify affected customers once the fixes are complete.
