You can now see at a glance that a job brings all your documents together under the same number, just like a paper folder 📂 in a filing cabinet.
● New Client workspace
The Client workspace also features a new layout that makes it easier to understand everything associated with a contact.
The new collapsible sections also make it easier to group the different elements of a contact without having to scroll through every option to find the information you need.
● « Visits » are now « Work orders »
❗ Important terminology change
The terms Visit and Work order / Visit have been replaced with Work order throughout the application.
➡️ The functionality remains the same! Only the name used to identify these elements has been simplified and standardized.
● Internal comments have moved
Internal comments are no longer displayed at the bottom of every document associated with a job or contact!
They are now grouped in a side tab 💬, accessible directly within your operations.
ℹ️ The functionality remains the same!
Comments associated with a job remain linked only to that job.
Comments associated with a contact remain linked only to that contact.

New actions are now available directly from each document to make them easier to manage.
NEW FEATURES

A new Tasks section has been added to Plannit.
It brings together job-related tasks and events from the schedule in one place, providing a more complete overview of the work to be completed.
● Bulk communication from the schedule
You can now send a bulk communication for a specific day and resource directly from the schedule.
This new action makes it easier to quickly send information to clients scheduled for the same workday.
Work orders
● Appointment time details displayed to clients
A new setting is now available in work orders, allowing you to choose how precisely appointment times are communicated to clients.
You can display:
an exact time, such as 2:30 p.m.;
a broader time period, such as morning, afternoon, or a specific week.
This option lets you tailor the information shared with the client based on the desired level of precision for each appointment.
● New status tracking columns
New optional columns are available in the Work orders and Schedule planner grids. They can display the date and time of a status change, as well as the GPS location and the resource who performed the action when that information is available.
❗ Important
This data is not retroactive. Only status changes made from today onward will be recorded in these new columns.
● Automatic purchase order creation
A new setting allows a purchase order to be created automatically when a work order is generated from a quote or invoice.
This option reduces manual steps and improves the tracking of purchases related to the work.
Invoices and payments
● New « Net 10 days » payment term
The Net 10 days payment term is now available:
on invoices;
in billing settings;
in contact settings.

IMPROVEMENTS
Pipeline
● New display options
New options allow you to further customize the information displayed on Pipeline cards.
You can now choose from additional contact- and job-related information to tailor the display to your needs.
Documents
● More documents displayed in a job
The display limit for documents associated with a job has increased from 50 to 100 documents.
Invoices
● Printing cancelled invoices
You can now print a cancelled invoice directly from the Actions menu. This improvement makes it easier to review, archive, and share invoices, even after they have been cancelled.
Quotes
● New printing and sending options
Customize printed quotes 🖨️
You can now further customize the content displayed on your printed quotes.
New options allow you to choose whether the following elements appear on the document:
the payment method;
the signature;
the item’s unit of measurement;
the item image.
This allows you to tailor the presentation of your quotes to your company’s needs and the desired level of detail for your clients.
Control the amount displayed in emails ✉️
You can also choose which amount appears directly in your quote emails:
the subtotal;
the total;
no amount.
This option is especially useful when the final amount depends on the choices or options included in the quote. It helps prevent a potentially misleading amount from being highlighted in the email before the client reviews the complete document.
Item display
● Customize your item lists
You can customize the information displayed in the item lists of your quotes, invoices, and purchase orders by clicking the ⚙️ icon.
New display options have also been added, allowing you to tailor each list to the way you work.

For some time now, you have been able to add images to items in your product and service catalogue. These images can now also be displayed in grids and in the Client portal!
To display them in the Client portal, enable the Display item images in the portal option in the quote settings.
