Adding a Shared Pipeline View

Learn how to add a company-wide shared pipeline view to your personal workspace. This article also covers best practices for organizing your views, using filters, and customizing your pipeline based on each team’s operational needs.

When an administrator creates a custom pipeline view for the entire company, it does not automatically appear in each employee’s interface. Each user must manually add it to their own workspace.

Steps to Add the Company View

Access the Pipeline

Log in to your account and navigate to the Pipeline tab.

Add a View

Click the + Add View button (usually located next to the existing view tabs such as “All Jobs”).

Select the Shared View

In the options that appear, create the view name and select the visibility setting for the company.

Save the Configuration

Once the view has been added, it will permanently appear in your pipeline.

Tips for Optimal Pipeline Management

Limit the Number of Columns

The goal is to create multiple custom views so that each team member can tailor the interface to their own operational priorities.

Use Filters

Since default statuses cannot be removed, use the Filters menu to hide unnecessary columns (active columns appear in blue).

Create Multiple Views

You can create and save several distinct views based on your needs (for example, one view for Sales and another for Production).
