Printing invoices or quotes one at a time is a time sink. With batch printing, you select a whole list — or filter it down to exactly the documents you need — and generate a single, print-ready file in a couple of clicks.
Why you'll like it
⏱️ Print dozens at once instead of opening each document.
🎯 Print exactly the right set — filter first, then print only what matches.
🖨️ One file, one print job — download, select all, print.
How to print in batch
Go to the tab you need (Invoices or Quotes) and sort the list. Need a precise subset? Use the filters first — see the grid filters guide for tips.
Tick the checkbox to the left of each document, or select the whole list with the checkbox at the top left.
Click Print in the red bar and confirm.
Note
The file takes a few minutes to generate. If the notification hasn't appeared after a few minutes, refresh the page.
Getting your file and printing it
Once the file is ready, you'll get a notification (under "All" or "Company"). From there:
Click the notification to download the file.
Open the file and select all the documents.
Press Command + P (Mac) or Control + P (Windows) to print.
Note
To keep your system responsive, Plannit currently prints in batches of up to 50 documents at a time.
That's it — a stack of invoices or quotes, printed in one pass. Need to narrow the list first? Pair this with grid filters to print exactly the right documents. Questions? Reach us through the chat anytime.
