You can add lables to your list of products and services in your settings to make them easier to find and save time when creating quotes and invoices.
Once your products and services have been created and added to your catalog, you can search for them using one or more lables when preparing quotes and invoices. You can then adjust quantities as needed and let Plannit automatically calculate totals and taxes based on your selections.
Search by Label(s) When Adding Items
When creating a quote, follow these steps to search by lables:
Click Add Item
Click the Filters button
Click in the field and select one or more desired lables
Apply the search to view the list of products and services associated with one or more of the selected lables
You can then browse the filtered list to quickly find the items that match your search criteria and select them to add to the quote or invoice you are preparing.
